Lucas Mayo

Lucas John Mayo has been living in Spain since 1974, and working since 1984. He has vast experience in Real Estate matters aquired through years of work in this field. His family have been dealing in Real Estate in Spain since the beginning of 70's.

His experience is not only Real Estate, he has worked in company formations, Spanish and Offshore, teaming up with leading Lawyers, Solicitors and Accountants, in order to create Tax efficient business set ups, for property investment and management, or for high profile business persons who require a more personal and individual attention.

In order gain a far better knowledge in Spanish bureaucracy he worked directly for 4 years with a Spanish "Gestor" carrying out all types of legal red-tape transactions, from car imports and driving licences, Residence Permits, Pay rolls, opening licences, self employed business formations, to Tax returns for Residents and Non-Residents, and of course all types of Title Deed transactions, dealing with Public Notaries and Land and Mercantile Registars.

He has operated on the Spanish Coasts, for many years in Mojacar, Almeria (Costa de Almeria), and more recently on the Costa del Sol. He is now opening up frontiers and carrying out very interesting investment opportunities on inland properties.

Having worked as a legal conveyancer, and as an overseas member of the British National Association of Estate Agents, he obides to a code of conduct offering full guarantees to your transactions in Spain.
